Storage and Prep
For immediate consumption:
Add 120ml of cold or hot milk/m*lk to 65g of oats, stir, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Stir again and enjoy!
Overnight:
Add 130ml of your favourite milk/m*lk to 65g of oats, stir, place in the fridge overnight (or min 2hrs).
Stir before eating and consume within 24 hours.
