Storage and Prep
Oven cook from chilled: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 18-23 mins. Lightly oil each fillet and wrap in foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Take care when opening parcel. Ensure thoroughly cooked.
