Thinking of Ordering?

When will my order be delivered?

We currently deliver between Sundays and Fridays and our couriers typically deliver between the times of 8am and 9pm.

At the moment, we do not offer delivery on a Saturday.

Delivery Instructions

If you will not be in to accept your delivery, we recommend you write a message in the Delivery Instructions of the order page in Your Account detailing a safe place for them to leave your order.

Alternatively, we would ask you to leave a Signed Note for the Driver with a written designated safe place for them to leave the package.

If the Driver feels it is safe to leave your order they will do this for you.

What delivery slots are available?

We currently deliver between a Sunday and Friday typically between 8am and 7pm so, in general, if you:

  • Order by Monday at 7pm to receive your order on Tuesday
  • Order by Tuesday at 7pm to receive your order on Wednesday
  • Order by Wednesday at 7pm to receive your order on Thursday
  • Order by Thursday at 7pm to receive your order on Friday
  • Orders placed after 7pm Thursday will be delivered on the next available delivery date which will be the following Monday

This is subject, of course, to delivery slots being available on those days as we are only allowed to allocate a certain number of delivery slots per day by our couriers.

How much will delivery cost?

Your delivery costs £3.99 per order but if your order is £75 or over, you will not be charged for delivery.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the UK and your scheduled delivery will typically arrive with you just 24 hours of being picked and packed.

There are, however, some Extended Delivery areas of the UK where delivery may be 1 business day after your selected date:

If you live in one of these Extended Delivery areas, we’d advise you to only choose delivery dates that fall on a Tuesday to Thursday via the calendar option on the order page as your order will arrive on the following business day.

If you choose a Friday delivery, you will not receive it until the Monday or we would change it to the following Tuesday for you so it’ll arrive on the Wednesday fresh and chilled!

There are some areas of the UK we do not deliver to:

  • HS1-9 Postcodes
  • PA20-PA80 Postcodes

All of these details are subject to change.

Do I have to set up an account to place my first order?

We like to make ordering from MuscleFood as simple as possible so you do not need to setup an account prior to placing your first order!

Simply:

  • Choose the items you’d like to buy and add them to your basket
  • Follow the checkout instructions
  • Your MuscleFood account will automatically be set up for you
  • We will email you with your account details.

How do I add a new address to my account?

Delivery Instructions

Adding an address to your account is very straightforward.

Simply:

  • Log in and click the Address Book tab under My Account on the left hand menu.
  • Once your address details are visible, click Add New Address then input any new details as instructed.
  • Select Save Address.

You can also check the address to which your order will be dispatched here too by checking the Use as my default shipping address box.

Note; if you have a pending order at the time of adding an address to your account and would like your order to go to this new address, we advise that you double check the shipping address on the order as it may not have changed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards.

How do I update my payment details in my account?

Credit Cards

You can update your card details via your MuscleFood Account. Simply:

  • Log into your account
  • Select the Credit Cards option on the left hand menu.
  • Update your payment details by entering them in the relevant fields
  • Click save!

These details can then be used for any orders currently recorded in the Future Deliveries Section of your account and any other future orders.

When will my payment be taken?

Your payment will typically be taken 48 hours prior to your despatch date, however, this will change for deliveries due in a Tuesday as we will generate your order on the Friday before.

What if my payment isn’t accepted?

We will email you as soon as it becomes apparent your payment has not been accepted and put back your delivery date so you won’t miss out on your MuscleFood order.

Please ensure, however, your preferred payment method is one we currently accept (Visa or MasterCard) and the card details have been entered correctly.

If you receive an email from us regarding this, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue smoothly and effectively for you.

How secure are my personal details?

We use state of the art encryption tools and security measures to ensure your safety when purchasing from MuscleFood.

These systems help safeguard you from unauthorised transactions or fraudulent activity by protecting your personal financial information.

How do I redeem a discount code?

a. Redeeming a discount code when placing an order is extremely straightforward.

Discount

Simply fill your basket with as many protein packed meats, treats and supplements as you wish, then head to checkout.

Here you will see the full details of your order and will be able to select your delivery date, courier service as well as enter any specific delivery instructions.

Near the bottom of the page to the left, you will see a box titled Discount / Hidden Code. Simply enter your discount code in this field and select Confirm Order.

You will then be asked to enter your personal and payment details for your order. As soon as you’ve filled in these fields, simply click the green Complete Order button to confirm your order.

As soon as your order and code have been confirmed, we’ll send you an email detailing your purchase and your discount.

Please check this email to ensure your order is correct.

b. If you need to redeem a code after you have placed your order you can do this via your MuscleFood Account.

Delivery Instructions

Simply log in and click the Future Deliveries option on the left hand menu, then select View the Contents and enter the code you’d like to redeem.

You have up to 72 hours prior to your Scheduled Delivery Date to do this, although you must make sure your order is in the Future Deliveries section of your account, otherwise the code will not be accepted.

If you do make a change and the green Confirm Order button appears, be sure to click it to guarantee the alterations are accepted.

Once you’ve entered and confirmed that you’d like to redeem the code, we’ll send you a new Pending Order Confirmation email noting your changes.

Please double check this email to ensure your order is correct.

What are MuscleFood Loyalty Points?

As soon as you’ve made your first order with us, you will automatically begin stocking up on loyalty points on qualifying purchases or items which you can redeem against an array of selected high protein, low fat meats, great supplements and a few delicious extras too.

Each point is worth 1 penny and they certainly stack up quickly so before you know it, you’ll have £££ to use!

Can I place an order for a promotion that’s expired?

Many of our promotions and offers are subject to strict order deadlines due to the amount of limited available stock at the promotional price.

Unfortunately this means we are unable to place an order for the promotion after the expiry date.
