Do your arms feel physically thinner? Are you feeling much weaker in your arms? Chances are you may not be eating enough protein.


Your body is a machine, constantly running on the energy you put into it. If your body doesn’t have protein to run off, it will begin to break down muscle for fuel.

Make sure you’ve got some protein in your system, to stop this from happening.

10. You start to swell

The cell building properties in protein also work to maintain blood vessels. Stop that protein intake and you’ll start to see some unexpected swelling.
