  • TIPS

  • Cooking Tip: For perfectly cooked fillet steak, remove it from the packet at least 30 minutes before cooking. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper then drizzle it with a little oil and season with salt & pepper. Heat a pan until it's smoking hot and sear the meat for 3 - 5 minutes on each side (depending on how well done you like your steak). Allow it to rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
