This one seems obvious, but you’ve really got to down that water while keeping fit in warmer temperatures!

Mild dehydration could cause headaches, fatigue and even anxiety. If it’s more serious, you could even lose consciousness… That is why you NEED to stay on top of this.

A good way to check would be to take a peek at your pee – if it’s dark in colour and smells pretty bad, then chances are you need to take in more water.
