  • Minimum shelf life: 5 days
  • Storage: Freeze on day of receipt or refrigerate at 0 - 4c. Meat must be removed from the pack at least 30 mins before use
  • Cooking Tip: These juicy Matured British & Irish Rump Steaks need nothing more than a couple of minutes sear on each side in a hot pan. Allow them to rest for another couple of minutes for a truly melt in the mouth texture. We love them served with some crispy Sweet Potato Fries.
