  1. Mix the protein powders and salt together then add the syrup.
  2. Thoroughly mix the syrup into the protein powder to form a thick paste.
  3. Once fully combined press it into a small lined square baking tray approx ½ inch thick. At this stage it is very sticky but don’t worry, as it cools it will firm up.
  4. Push the chocolate chunks into the bars, then chill in the fridge for at least one hour before cutting into bars.

Note: They are best kept in the fridge until you want to eat them as they do soften if left to warm up.
