Black Bean Fruit & Nut Brownies

Don't be scared of the black beans - they're what give these brownies a delicious texture!

  • Calories: 94kcal
  • Protein: 5g
  • Carbs: 14g
  • Fats: 2g
  • Fibre: 2g

Method:


  1. Preheat your oven to 180C
  2. Place all the ingredients – except for the fruit and nuts – in a blender and whizz together until smooth.
  3. Stir in ¾ of the fruit and nuts and pour into a greased and lined baking tray.
  4. Carelessly sprinkle over the remaining fruit and nuts then pop in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through
  5. Once cooked, remove and cut into 12 – enjoy!
