Healthy English Breakfast Burrito

Serves 2. Per Portion: 678kcals, 41.7g, 36.5g fat, 44.7g carbs

Ingredients

路 4 x MuscleFood Lean Pork Sausages 聽

路 4 x MuscleFood Lean Bacon Medallions 聽

路 100ml MuscleFood Liquid Whole Egg

路 30g button mushrooms, halved

路 30g cherry tomatoes, halved 聽

路 2 whole-wheat tortillas

路 40g light cheddar cheese, grated 聽

路 30g ketchup / brown sauce 聽

路 Salt and pepper 聽

Method:

  1. Grill bacon until crisp, leave to cool on a plate.
  2. Remove skins from sausages and slice into bite size pieces. Fry until crisp.
  3. Meanwhile make the scrambled egg with the liquid egg. Sprinkle in the cheese and keep stirring until fully cooked.
  4. Fry mushrooms and tomatoes.
  5. Top each tortilla wrap with 2 rashers of bacon, 陆 sausage bites, 陆 egg, 陆 mushrooms and tomatoes.
  6. Fold in the side and roll tightly to create the burrito shape.
  7. Wrap in foil and eat straight away.
