Ingredients: (serves 3-4)
180g Pork Stir Fry Strips
125g Barenaked Protein Noodles
50g broccoli, chopped
50g mushrooms, sliced
50g baby corn, sliced
10g peppers, sliced
1 x garlic clove, sliced
1 x handful fresh coriander, chopped
4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. olive oil
Method
1. Chop the broccoli into small florets, slice the baby corn into halves and slice the mushrooms and peppers.
2. Heat a wok or frying pan and add the olive oil.
3. Add the broccoli to the pan and fry for 2 minutes, then add the remainder of the vegetables, followed by the pork and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Heat the noodles as per the instructions on the pack and add to the pan along with the soy sauce, honey and water. Cook for a further 3 minutes.
5. Plate up and serve with the fresh coriander to finish.
