It's International Waffle Day and what better way to celebrate than with a new waffle recipe😍

Serves 1. Per Portion: 333kcals, 37.5g protein, 2.7g fat, 37.5g carbs
Ingredients
1 scoop Bio Synergy Whey Hey Elite Vanilla Protein Powder
55g MuscleFood Liquid Egg Whites
1 small banana, mashed
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla essence
Low calorie butter flavoured oil spray
Toppings
100g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
30g mixed berries
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Method:
- Heat waffle maker.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth.
- The texture of the batter should be thick but not lumpy.
- Once the waffle maker reaches temperature spray with low calorie oil spray on both sides.
- Pour batter into waffles maker and gently spread with the back of a spoon.
- Close waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until the waffle maker goes off.
- Top with fresh berries, Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup.
