Back at the beginning of 2020, Geordie Shore star Natalie Phillips started the MuscleFood Goal Getter meal plans for the first time.
Since then, Natalie has been in a whirlwind of busy schedules and life got a bit more hectic. She has struggled with finding the time to eat well and exercise so we stepped in to help her pick up her Goal Getters journey where she stopped. Read on to find out more about why she started, her goals and of course, her incredible results.
The Start of the Journey
In the beginning of 2020, Natalie started the Goal Getter plans for the first time, staying on it for 3 months. Natalie suffers with her mental health and is insecure about her body so it was our mission to help Natalie feel confident in herself.
I saw an awful piece of footage of me in the shower when I was on Geordie Shore and that was it for me. I knew instantly that something had to change.
We helped her get her diet back on track, with 3 meals and snacks a day all tailored to her calorie needs. During those 3 months, Natalie managed to drop an amazing 3 stone.
Natalie started her new diet plan with the aim to break the bad eating habits she had become used to, and switching them for healthy and sustainable choices that helped her to lose the weight over time.
The meals have kept me on track and the results have kept me motivated. Most importantly I have neve felt hungry because the snacks are insane.
When talking about the Goal Getters programme, Natalie admits she has tried other diets in the past but she has never stuck to them.
I have tried many diets in the past but Goal Getters is the only one I have strictly stuck to and my results reflect that.
Getting Back on Track
Just over a year after first using Goal Getters, we got back in touch to see how Natalie was getting on. Despite there being more lockdowns she managed to keep over half the original weight off.
With a busy 2022 ahead, Natalie was keen to get back on track again and smash her healthy eating habits. So we are helping her Grab Life by the Goals and kick start the new year with another few months on the plan. With new recipes, meals and snacks on plan, it was a no-brainer!
When asking Natalie what she would you say to someone who thought the Goal Getters Meal Plan would mean eating a restrictive diet? She said:
I’d tell them they couldn’t be any further from the truth because the choices on the Goal Getters menu are endless.
