SMOKED SALMON AND BEAN DIP

Who else has got the picky teas in full swing? This healthy dip is the perfect addition 🔥

Serves 8. Per Portion: 121kcals, 13g protein, 3.2g fat, 8.5g carbs

Ingredients


400g tin cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
50g low fat cream cheese
2 x 120g MuscleFood smoked salmon slices
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp tabasco

Options to serve:


6 wholemeal pitta bread, toasted and sliced
Carrot, cucumber and celery sticks

Method:

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the smoked salmon dip into a food processor and pulse until combined, keeping the salmon chunky.
  2. Season to taste and add extra tabasco if needed.
  3. Dip in your favourite snacks and enjoy.
