  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place your tortilla into an oven proof cereal-sized bowl and mould it into the shape of the bowl.
  3. Place the bowl in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until the tortilla is crisp and holds its shape.
  4. In the meantime, heat your frying pan to a medium heat with oil.
  5. Fry off your onions, peppers and tomatoes with your spices for approx. 5 minutes until softened.
  6. After this, add your liquid scrambled eggs to the pan, scrambling to your liking.
  7. Heat up the grill and cook your bacon to your liking.
  8. To construct your taco, add salad leaves at the bottom of the bowl and top with your eggs, chopped up turkey bacon and diced avocado.
