  1. Chop potato into chips and rub evenly with oil, salt and pepper
  2. Either place in air fryer or evenly distribute over an oven-tray
  3. Air-fry or bake for 30-40 minutes, turning all chips mid-way through
  4. Meanwhile, place burger and bacon medallions on a grill until cooked through
  5. Top cooked burger with cheese and allow cheese to melt
  6. Serve burger in high-protein roll and with your choice of condiments
  7. Enjoy!
