Method:


  1. Blend everything together apart from the cherries until smooth.
  2. Let the batter sit for a minute or two.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan with coconut/spray oil to medium heat.
  4. Add 1/5th batter at a time, dropping in the chopped cherries.
  5. Cook until bubbles appear, flip and cook for a further 10-15 seconds.
  6. Stack up, add a dollop of Nuts n More Coconut Peanut, plus whatever toppings you would like!
