      Pre-Heat a Pan on medium heat, Add 10ml of oil and heat. Add the Meat from their bag and cook until golden. Add the Vegetables and colour. Add the sauce bring up to the boil, Reduce, Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

      Consume withing 5 days if refrigerated. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
