Looking for a pizza without the carbs? Pete Hobbs has just created a gamechanger – a super low carb pizza with a base made of Chicken Breast!

Ingredients

  • 1x MuscleFood Chicken Breast
  • 50g chopped tomatoes
  • 30g Low Fat High Protein Cheese
  • 4x thin slices of Salami
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:


  1. Bash the chicken until it is a thin base for your pizza.
  2. Pre-heat your oven to 180 C and cook the bashed chicken breast for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and add the chopped tomatoes to the layer.
  4. Follow this up with the high protein cheese and top with Salami.
  5. Place back in the oven for a further 15-20 minutes, depending on how well done you like your pizza.
  6. Take out of the oven and serve.
