Method:


  1. Heat up some coconut oil in a pot, until piping hot. 
  2. Place your garlic, onion and ginger in and stir until slightly brown. 
  3. Add the Korma paste and 3tbsp water, and gently stir for a few minutes. 
  4. Place the chicken into the mix, followed on by sultanas, sugar, flaked almonds and stock. 
  5. Simmer for 15/20 minutes.
  6. Once thoroughly cooked, remove from the fire and place in your yoghurt and coriander. 
  7. Stir until thoroughly mixed and place a few more almonds and sultanas on-top! 
  8. Whilst that is settling, cook your cauliflower rice either in the pan or the microwave.
