Healthy Chicken Peanut Korma

This chicken peanut korma is rich, creamy, aromatic and delicious. But it’s also high protein, low carb and only uses healthy fats. So you can satisfy your taste buds whilst sticking to your healthy diet!

  1. On a moderate heat, gently fry the diced chicken in a little olive or coconut oil for a few minutes.
  2. Then add the garlic and ginger and continue to fry for a further few minutes.
  3. Once the chicken is almost cooked and begins to colour add the garam masala and chilli.
  4. Continue to fry until the chicken is cooked through, then add the soy sauce, sweetener and peanut butter with a splash of water.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the quark or cream cheese. If you add it whilst the pan is too hot then it will split.
  6. Serve immediately on some fluffy basmati rice or alongside your favourite side dish.
