Salmon Fillet (Salmo Salar) (Fish) (97%), Gluten Free Rusk (Dehydrated Potato Powder, Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose), Sugar, Spices, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Herbs, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Garlic, Paprika Extract, Lime Oil.

- STORAGE & PREP
Storage: Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Once opened, consume with 24 hours. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking and once defrosted, consume within 24-hours. Do not refreeze.
Instructions:
Oven - Instructions: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4 13-16 mins Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven.
Barbeque - Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect cook in the oven, then place on barbecue for 30 seconds on each side.
Cooking appliances may vary. Ensure thoroughly cooked.
