Method:


  1. Add the oats into a microwavable bowl and fill with water until there is roughly a 3 millimetre layer of water on top
  2. Add the tsp of sweetener and cook in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and place back in for another 30 seconds
  3. Allow them to cool
  4. Once cooled, mix in the yoghurt and protein powder
