  • Handful 85% dark choc (melted)
  • Christmas decorations: medium silver/red balls, small red, green & white balls, snow flakes & holly.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175 degrees
  2. Mix all of your dry ingredients together (apart from chopped choc) then beat in your coconut oil and egg.
  3. Add in your chocolate chunks and using your hands, roll them into 8 balls then flatten with the palm of your hands
  4. Using a tree cutter. Carefully place the cutter onto your mixture and firmly press down with the palm of your hand.
  5. Place your tree shaped cookies onto your baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Once cookies have baked, leave to cool for an hour then place on your decorations!
