  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.
  2. Melt some Lucy Bee Coconut oil in a pan.
  3. Add a little mixture and cook both sides until slightly brown.
  4. Finish with toppings of choice! I went for cacao nibs, more peanut butter, figs and 70% dark chocolate!
