Method:


  1. First, pre-heat oven to 175 degrees and grease your tin with Lucy Bee Coconut oil
  2. Blend your base ingredients and bake in oven for 10 minutes
  3. Whilst the base is baking…
  4. Blend your cake ingredients (except for Choc chips) and pour over your base.
  5. Sprinkle Choc chips on top
  6. Bake for a further 20minutes
  7. Take out and drizzle over some melted dark chocolate and sprinkle a few more desiccated coconut on top
  8. Cool for 45 minutes
  9. Cut into 8 slices!
