Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cups

Method:


  1. Gently melt the chocolate, add a pinch of coconut oil and stir together.
  2. Divide 2/3 of the chocolate between two silicone cake cases.
  3. Tilt the cases so the sides are coated in chocolate and leave to set (try popping in the freezer for a speedy chill!).
  4. Mix together the peanut butter, vanilla whey, salt and stevia drops if using.
  5. Add a few drops of coconut oil, shape into two discs and press down into the set chocolate cups.
  6. Top with the remaining chocolate, set and dig in – just don’t eat them all at once!
