4. Turkey Mac & Cheese

Mac and Cheese

Enhance your love for Mac & Cheese with a big handful of leftover turkey.


  • Pre-heat the oven to 200C/Fan 180C
  • During this preheating, cook 350g of macaroni as per the pack instructions
  • In a large baking dish, stir together 300ml of half-fat cream, 250g grated cheese and a large handful of leftover turkey meat
  • Drain your pasta and add to the dish, stirring everything together
  • Top it all off with some breadcrumbs and chopped unsalted nuts, and bake for 20 minutes until the surface is golden

5. Christmas Curry

It’s the Christmas meat you know and love, but with a surprising Indian twist! Presenting the Christmas Curry.


  • Heat a lightly-oiled pan over a pretty high heat
  • Chop up an onion and green pepper and fry off for 3-4 minutes
  • After this, stir in some curry paste and 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Cook for another 2 minutes, then add a can of chopped tomatoes and 150ml of water
  • Bring this mix to the boil and bubble for 5 minutes
  • After thus, turn the heat down, stir in the turkey and 300g of chopped up, leftover potatoes (doesn’t matter if their boiled or roast)
