Topping (optional):

  • Handful Cacao nibs
  • Handful Dried cranberries
  • Small handful dark choc and white choc flakes

Method:


  1. Pre-heat oven to 160degrees
  2. Line small brownie tray with greaseproof paper
  3. Mix your ingredients together and pour into baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle your toppings over evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  6. Take out and set aside to cool
  7. Cut into 12 squares
