Method:


  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 180? degrees.
  2. Slice the wrap into triangles and lay them on a baking sheet. Once the oven has heated up, place the wraps into the oven. Bake for 5 minutes, turn them over and bake for a further 5 minutes. The wraps will slightly colour and will become crisp. Allow them to cool whilst you make the chilli topping.
  3. In a dry frying pan, fry the beef mince for 5 – 7 minutes until it all turns brown then remove it from the heat.
  4. Prepare the Blend Brothers Mexican Pibil High Protein Sauce by adding 100ml of boiling water, then add this to the mince and stir.
  5. You can now compile your nachos!
  6. Begin by laying the nachos out on a large plate. Then top with the chilli, sliced red onions, avocado, grated fat free cheese and yoghurt. These are my favourite toppings but it would also be fantastic with extra jalapenos for a spicy kick.
