Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and once defrosted, consume within 24-hours. 1. Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. 2. Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side. Reduce heat and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done). 3. Allow steak to rest before serving.
