Sourced from a hand-picked selection of farms dotted about the UK and EU, these juicy, succulent and mouth-watering beauties are matured for just the right amount of time to result in a soft, buttery texture and rich, deep flavour.

But deliciouness ain't all they've got going for them - they're nutritious too clocking in with +35g protein per serving - ideal for all you macro counters out there.

Better yet, these steaks will arrive with you fresh and ready to grill, or freeze.

Cooking Tip - Sear for 3 minutes on each side then finish in a hot oven for 10 - 15 minutes so all those lovely juices can do their thing

Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack. Also suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and once defrosted, consume within 24-hours. Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Place steak in the dry pan and cook over a high heat for 1 minute each side.
Reduce heat and continue to cook for a further 2 minutes each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done).
Allow steak to rest before serving
