Adding an address to your account is very straightforward.
Simply:
 • Log in and click the Address Book tab under My Account on the left hand menu.
 • Once your address details are visible, click Add New Address then input any new details as instructed.
 • Select Save Address.
You can also check the address to which your order will be dispatched here too by checking the Use as my default shipping address box.
Note; if you have a pending order at the time of adding an address to your account and would like your order to go to this new address, we advise that you double check the shipping address on the order as it may not have changed.

We currently delivery 7 days a week and our couriers typically deliver between 8am and 9pm
If you will not be in to accept your delivery, we recommend you write a message in the Delivery Instructions of the order page in your account detailing a safe place for them to leave your order.
DPD will send you an SMS/Email on the morning of delivery with a 1-hour time slot.
Alternatively, we would ask you to leave a Signed Note for the driver with a written designated safe place for them to leave the package.
If the driver feels it is safe to leave your order they will do this for you.
If you wish to track your order and receive a 5minute warning message of the driver arriving, please download the DPD app in the android and apple stores.
Delivery cost is £3.99 per order but if your order is £75 order over, you will not be charged for delivery. On Sunday's delivery is £7.99.
Yes, we do deliver next day. If the item has 24-hour van next to it then it is eligible for next day delivery. You can order up until 9pm for Next day delivery.
**Orders placed after 9pm Thursday will be delivered on Monday
We deliver to the vast majority of the UK and your scheduled delivery will typically arrive with you just 24 hours of being picked and packed.
There are however some areas that we can’t unfortunately deliver to and they are

 • HS1-9 Postcodes

 • ALL ZE Postcodes

There are also some Extended Delivery areas of the UK where delivery will be 1 business day after your selected date:

If you live in one of these Extended Delivery areas, we advise you to only choose delivery dates that fall between Tuesday- Thursday via the calendar option on the order page as your order will arrive the following business day.
If you select Friday, Saturday or Sunday as a deliver day unfortunately your order will be moved.

Sorry to hear about the missing items from your order. If you look on the flap of your box it will have either one of these labels (show labels on site)
If it is a shortage then you would have been emailed regarding the issues and will receive a refund within 5-7 days
If you think something is missing from your order, please check the contents against your dispatch note to ensure that there are not multiple boxes. In this instance your note will say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2.
If however, the product is listed on your dispatch note – then it should be in your box.
On the rare occasion that something is missing, we sincerely apologise and we will do everything possible to investigate the issue fully.

Pre-authorisation (pre-auth) is a banking term describing a practice where money is not taken from the payee's account at the moment the transaction is made. The amount charged is instead made unavailable on that customers’ account – known as an authorisation hold.
Pre-authorisation is normally valid for 1- 5 days on debit cards, after this point the funds are released by your bank or building society back into your account
We use Pre-authorisation period to make additional security checks on the card and the cardholder, to make sure that the transaction is not fraudulent. It also allows us time to make sure that the item/s being sold is/are in stock and ready to be shipped.

Viewing the status of your order is very straightforward.
Simply log onto your account and select Future Deliveries under MY ORDERS & PAYMENTS Here you can edit your order
Please remember to RE-CONFIRM THE ORDER.
Tracking your order is very simple.
You will receive tracking from DPD the EVENING before delivery when the order is handed over to DPD for delivery.
You will receive this via email and also SMS if selected at the checkout.
You can also checking your tracking by going to DPD website www.DPD.co.uk and entering your tracking number (begins with 1550)
If you are not at home when delivery of your order has been attempted, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions.
Normally, they will attempt to deliver the very next working day unless instructed otherwise, however, we'd advise you to contact the courier service to confirm this.
You may be able to collect your order from the nearest delivery depot – although we advise you to contact the courier service to discuss this option
