  • 3 scoops Vanilla Whey protein
  • ¼ cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp VitaFiber
  • ¼ cup Zero Calorie Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 30g Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 30g Mixed Seeds
  • 100g Dried Cranberries

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius
  2. Whisk all of your ingredients, apart from the seeds and cranberries
  3. Once your mixture is smooth, place seeds and cranberries and mix thoroughly with a spoon
  4. Place into muffin cups and bake for roughly 15-18 minutes, or until it is golden on the top and cooked throughout
