Method:


  1. Melt the Chocolate until it is silky smooth.
  2. Add all of the above ingredients to a food processor and thoroughly combine until smooth. You may want to add a splash more almond milk as you go so it mixes well.
  3. Line a 9” brownie tin with greaseproof paper and pour in the batter. With a spatula smooth out so you have even thickness.
  4. Once hot, place your bread into the pan and when golden brown, flip it over.
  5. Leave overnight to set in the fridge or a minimum of 4-6 hours. Slice it up, and enjoy!
