Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (choose your favourite flavour)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 10-15 cubes of Ice
  • 150ml skimmed milk

Method:


  1. Blend the ice for two minutes
  2. Halfway through blending, stop and add the whey powder, baking powder and skimmed milk
  3. Continue blending until it forms a creamy texture
  4. Eat immediately or place in the freezer to consume later
