2. Write product reviews:Receive 10 loyalty points per 1 genuine product review!

3. Refer your Friends: Get 500 for each friend referred to Muscle Food.

How to claim

Once you’ve stacked up a few points, and are ready to part with them, you can then redeem them against a fantastic selection of loyalty products, which the MuscleFood team change and update frequently.
