Pistachio Prutella Cups

3 Ingredient Pistachio Prutella Cups!

You will LOVE these deliciously dreamy chocolate Prutella cups and so will your waistline! Taras Transformation has created these supremely chocolatey cups using just 3 ingredients! Easy to make and with only 6g of fat per cup - what more could you want?!

Want to make?


  1. Melt 50g of the Dark Chocolate into 6 small cupcake cases and pop these in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. When frozen taken these out and add 10g of Prutella to the centre of each cup. Mix it up with different flavours of Prutella, pictured is Salted Caramel and White Chocolate Coconut.
  3. Melt the other 50g of Dark Chocolate and pour over the cups so the Prutella is covered. Sprinkle over the Pistachio nuts and pop back into the freezer for another 30 minutes - easy!
  4. Take out and they are ready to eat! We recommend keeping them in the fridge so the chocolate doesn't melt. You should also hide them behind the Veg so noone else can have one!
