Email Marketing Manager

We are expanding our Marketing and are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to manage all email marketing campaigns as well as plan a communications strategy that minimises subscriptions to drive ongoing engagement and ultimately lifetime customer value.

The Role:

  • Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimisation.
  • Manage the entire creative process – creating emails which sell.
  • Generate reports and monitor performance in order to provide recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our email system.
  • Staying current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to email.
  • Identify opportunities to build an automated email system/trigger/lifecycle and replenishment driven emails.
  • Create segmentation criteria and groups for our mailing data.
  • Capture new customers to drive the list growth and continue to drive email acquisition through all channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers ensuring a high retention rate.
  • Ensure all email deliverability is faultless including monitoring feedback loop reporting, avoiding potential spam/blocks.
  • Work alongside our data team to ensure we are utilising customer data in the most effective manner possible.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with current branding guidelines, following all current email design best practices.
  • Adhere to all campaign deadlines and budgets.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing online campaigns essential.
  • B2C Experience within an FMCG company preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • The ability to write creative emails which sell.
  • An interest in fitness/wellbeing.
