  • Fibre: 1g

Method:


  1. Set the chicken mince to one side and mix together all of the ingredients into a smooth paste.
  2. Add the chicken mince and mix together until combined – get your hands dirty for this bit!
  3. Divide into two and shape into patties.
  4. If using cheese in the middle, place a square in the middle of each burger and shape the mince around it.
  5. Cook in a sandwich grill such as a George Foreman, in a frying pan, or under the grill.
  6. Serve with all the usual burger trimmings and a tasty dollop of your fave BBQ sauce on top of some High Protein Bread for a protein packed post workout feast!
