  • Cooking Tip: For a perfectly cooked Flat Iron Steak heat a griddle or frying pan until it's smoking hot. Add the steak and sear it for a few minutes without moving it. Turn over and sear again on the other side for a further few minutes. Allow the steak to rest for at least a few minutes before eating, as this makes it even more tender! Serve with some chunky Sweet Potato Wedges and a fresh green salad.
