A LITTLE BIT MORE...

An outstanding goat's cheese log with a delicate, distinctive flavour and a silky smooth, soft texture - perfect for the Christmas cheeseboard if your body isn’t too keen on cow’s milk!

When it comes to goat cheese, it’s naturally lower in calories and fat than cheese made from cow’s milk whilst also being higher in calcium and an excellent non-meat source of protein (19g/100g).

It’s also easier to digest and it’s suggested that those of you with a lactose intolerance are actually able to tolerate this cheese-tastic delight.

Now for the science bit…

It’s all to do with the fat molecules which are naturally shorter in goat milk making them more digestible.

In fact, goat's cheese contains moderate levels of probiotics – the good bacteria – to help keep your gut in tip top shape.

It’s also higher in vitamins D, K, Thiamine and Niacin compared to cheese made from cow’s milk!

Plus, it tastes incredible and is GMO Free...

Use it to flavour a homemade turkey burger with our Premium Turkey Breast Mince or crumble over a tasty green salad on your low carb days for a guaranteed flavour hit.

A proper Goat's Cheese ... Lovely! Review by Polly

This isn't a mild goat's cheese, indeed, if it was a blind taste test, I might have thought this was a mild blue cheese, it definitely has that "tang". However, we loved it ... really nice texture, and a lovely creamy consistency, gorgeous on crisp-bread as a light lunch, or as part of a cheese platter to round off a dinner party. This was part of the first order I'd made including cheese and I have to say I'm really seriously impressed by just about everything we've tried to date. (Posted on 07/08/2015)
