Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Line a flat baking tray with some grease proof paper.
  4. Transfer your biscotti mixture onto the tray and use a spatula to shape into a log – roughly 6 inches wide and 10 inches long.
  5. Bake this log for 20 minutes, and then remove from the oven, flip over and bake on the other side for another 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and slice the log into 12 biscotti. Leave to cool for 15 minutes.
  7. Space out the biscotti and place back in the oven for 8 minutes.
  8. Take them back out, flip over and put them back in for another 8 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and leave them to cool for 15-20 minutes.
