Rolled Oats (61%), Sugar, Milk Protein Concentrate, Skimmed Milk Powder, Chocolate Flakes (5%) (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder), Natural Flavouring

- STORAGE & PREP
Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Reseal pouch after use.
Usage:
Boil - From Ambient.
1. Give the bag a shake so the ingredients are mixed evenly
2. Scoop 70g (approx. 5 heaped dessert spoons) into a bowl
3. Add 140ml boiling water (just over 1/3 mug)
4. Stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 2 to 3 minutes5. Stir again, leave for 1 minute & enjoyMicrowave - From Ambient
