Fuel 10k Porridge - Chocolate

Great taste and easy to make. Will be purchasing more to satisfy my sweet cravings!

The price and quality of the products is excellent. It should be easy to provide 5 stars BUT the customer service often leaves a lot to be desired! My last order was NOT delivered to my address. I contacted customer service to seek help because I had received an email from DPD advising that it had been delivered with a picture of the house it was delivered to. It was not my house! Neither Musclefood or DPD bothered to reply to my messages. Luckily a neighbour noticed boxes from Musclefood had been delivered to an unoccupied house up the street. Knowing that I order from Musclefood he checked the address on the boxes and found that they were mine. He advised me and we carried them back to my house. I gave him some chicken as a thank you. On opening the box I also noticed that a number of FUEL products had been damaged with their contents scattered inside the box and inedible. There is nothing wrong with the products per se but a damaged one is no use to me and is a waste of money. No thanks to Musclefood or DPD as they weren’t interested and on this occasion the customer service was non-existent. This is not the first time I have experienced problems with customer service and on one occasion they did resolve my problem very well. However, on most other occasions I have not even received a response. Hopefully, things will improve.
