You might be surprised how easily most common strength and cardio exercises can be modified to work with different or no equipment.

Resistance added by a buddy in a "tug-of-war" setup with a towel could be utilised for movements like biceps curls, triceps extensions, and rows, in varying forms of each exercise.

You could also try using alternative exercises that train the same muscle groups, such as switching out a shoulder press for a handstand press-up.

There are plenty of brilliant ways to train each muscle group, you just have to get creative.
