Ingredients

  • 125g Gluten Free Plain Flour
  • 1 egg
  • 250ml milk
  • Knob of butter

Method:

  1. Sieve the flour into a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre.
  2. Crack the egg into the well and pour in about one quarter of the milk.
  3. Whisk together until a smooth paste is formed.
  4. Mix in the rest of the milk and allow to rest.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
  6. Add the knob of butter to the pan.
  7. Once melted, ladle a small amount of the mix into the pan and swirl gently to get an even layer of batter.
  8. When small bubbles begin the form in the centre, flip the pancake and cook until golden.
  9. Repeat until you’ve a tasty stack.
  10. Serve with your favourite toppings!
