Grilled Salmon Glazed In Maple Syrup
This delish recipe will keep the salmon soft and tender – just what you need for a light lunch…

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- Salt and pepper
- 250g Salmon Fillets
Method:
- Take a bowl and pour in the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
- Add some seasoning and give it a good mix.
- Place the fillets into a zip lock bag, pour in the marinade and pop in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile heat the grill to high.
- Once the salmon is marinated, place onto an oven proof dish skin side up.
- Grill for 4 - 6 minutes.
- Flip the fillets and put back under the grill for a further 4 - 6 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon, some fresh salad and a low fat Caesar dressing.
