Grilled Salmon

Grilled Salmon Glazed In Maple Syrup

This delish recipe will keep the salmon soft and tender – just what you need for a light lunch…

Ingredients

  • Protein: 38g
  • Carbs: 15g
  • Fats: 4.5g
  • Fibre: 1g

Method:


  1. Take a bowl and pour in the balsamic vinegar and maple syrup.
  2. Add some seasoning and give it a good mix.
  3. Place the fillets into a zip lock bag, pour in the marinade and pop in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile heat the grill to high.
  5. Once the salmon is marinated, place onto an oven proof dish skin side up.
  6. Grill for 4 - 6 minutes.
  7. Flip the fillets and put back under the grill for a further 4 - 6 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve with a squeeze of lemon, some fresh salad and a low fat Caesar dressing.
