  • INGREDIENTS

    Turkey (100%)

    Allergy Advice: For allergens, see ingredients in bold..

    Origin: EU.

    Warning: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, due to the nature of this product some may remain.

    Serves: 10-12.

  • STORAGE & PREP

    Storage: Keep refrigerated between 0 to 4°C and consume by the use-by date. Suitable for home freezing. Ideally, freeze on day of receipt and always before the use-by date shown. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once thawed.

    Cooking
    1. Preheat your oven to Conventional 190°C/ Fan 170°C/ Gas Mark 5.
    2. Remove all packaging.
    3. Weigh the turkey to calculate the cooking time. 20 minutes per kg plus 70 minutes.
    4. Place turkey in a roasting tin and season to taste. Cover loosely with foil and place in the centre of a preheated oven. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
    5. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carving. 

    Important: All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and juices run clear. If juices are still pink, return the bird to the oven for a further 15 minutes and retest.

    Do not wash raw poultry.
