  1. Let’s start by cooking your rice and Cauliflower, begin by heating a pot of boiling water and leave the rice to cook.
  2. Heat up another pan with boiling water and boil the chicken breast until no longer pink.
  3. Once cooked through, remove from the water and shred with two forks.
  4. Pop the shredded chicken into a bowl and mix the harissa paste in.
  5. Mix in the rice and cauliflower when cooked and strained. Serve and enjoy!
